—The Orange County Government's Orange County Convention Center Phase 5A Expansion is the $560 million completion of the North-South Building. Phase 5A consists of the Convention Way Grand Concourse, which will expand the North-South Hall by 650,000 square feet including an additional 44,000 square feet of meeting space and a 100,000-square-foot ballroom, along with a new entry to the North-South Building along Convention Way.  Turner Construction Company serves as the Construction Manager At Risk.
