About the Project
—The Grand Concourse Expansion project is the $560 million addition to the North-South Building (Phase 5A). The Project includes expansion of the existing building along Convention Way which will add approximately 650,000 square feet. Spaces added include: 100,000-square-foot ballroom, 32,000 – square feet of pre-function space, many meeting rooms of various sizes, North Lobby, South Lobby and covered vehicle drop off.
Possibly the most significant element to this project is the connection it provides to the existing North and South concourse.
Turner Construction Company is the Construction Manager At Risk.
